Terrence and Kelsey are the best!! As first-time home buyers, they helped us every step of the way, and were careful to explain what to expect throughout the process. They made buying a home as out-of-staters easy - during the week they would take us on multiple virtual tours for any and all houses we were interested in, and then would coordinate in-person tours for us on the weekend for our top candidates. The tours were scheduled so that we could usually knock them out in an afternoon or morning, and travel back home. 10/10 for these two, highly recommend them to any one!

As a real estate agent myself (I only focus on commercial) I understand how import the communication and responsiveness component is, especially in this market. When I worked with Terrence I would send him 3 properties to tour in a time window I was available, and it seemed like he had them scheduled immediately. I also appreciated the honesty he displayed and told me what he thought about the properties instead of trying to sell me on every home we toured.
