Fair housing, for every client.
Every buyer and seller deserves the same honest information, the same service, and the same access to every home.
My commitment
I am committed to the letter and the spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act, the Montana Human Rights Act, and the City of Bozeman’s non-discrimination ordinance. I do not discriminate in the sale, purchase, financing, or advertising of housing.
Under federal law, it is illegal to discriminate in housing based on:
- Race
- Color
- Religion
- Sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity
- Disability
- Familial status
- National origin
Montana law adds protection based on age, marital status, and creed. The City of Bozeman also prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
How this shows up in my work
- I describe homes and places, not people. My towns, neighborhoods, and blog posts focus on homes, land, prices, commutes, and amenities. They are never meant to suggest who should or should not live somewhere.
- You choose where to look. I show you every area that fits your budget and the features you ask for. I do not steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood.
- Schools and safety, straight from the source. For school information, I point you to the school district and the Montana Office of Public Instruction. For crime statistics, I point you to local law enforcement. You can review the data and draw your own conclusions.
- Equal service. Every client gets the same information, the same access to listings, and the same effort.
